Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quiz Guru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
Quiz Guru Features & Services
Quiz System
Take quizzes, check correct answers, track your scores and progress on various topics.
Leaderboard & Friends
Compete on leaderboards, follow friends, and compare your quiz performance with other users.
AI Features (Requires Coins)
Use coins to access AI chat assistance and generate AI summaries from uploaded PDF documents.
Study Tools
Access Pomodoro timer for focused study sessions and read educational articles.
Purchases & Payments
1One-Time Course Purchases
Course purchases are one-time payments processed through Google Play Store. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to that course content.
2Quiz Guru Coins
Coins are virtual currency purchased through Google Play Store. Coins are used exclusively for AI chat features and AI PDF summarization. Coins have NO cash value and CANNOT be exchanged for money or refunded.
3Coin Expiration
Coins never expire as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all coins are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
4Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store. Quiz Guru does not directly handle or store your payment information.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Digital Content
Due to the instant digital nature of courses and coins, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
Technical Error Exception
If you experience a technical error during purchase (charged but didn't receive coins/course), contact support@quizguru.com within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Google Play Store Refund Policy
Refund requests may also be subject to Google Play Store's refund policies. Please review Google's terms for additional refund options.
Account Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others.
Personal Use Only
Your account and purchased courses are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT share, resell, or distribute purchased courses to others.
Account Sharing Prohibited
Sharing your Quiz Guru account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep this information updated.
Acceptable Use & Fair Play
Fair Leaderboard Competition
Cheating, score manipulation, or using automated tools to gain unfair leaderboard advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account ban.
AI Feature Usage
AI chat and AI PDF summarization features require coins to use. Attempting to bypass coin requirements or exploit AI features is prohibited.
Content Ownership
All quiz content, courses, and materials remain the intellectual property of Quiz Guru. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content.
Prohibited Activities
You may not hack, reverse engineer, or attempt to manipulate the Quiz Guru app, coin system, leaderboards, or any security features.
Social Features & Friends
Friend Connections
You can follow and connect with friends to compare quiz scores and leaderboard rankings. Be respectful in all social interactions.
User Conduct
Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward other users is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Profile Information
You are responsible for your profile photo and display name. Do not use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Account Deletion & Termination
Voluntary Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@quizguru.com. Upon deletion, ALL data is permanently removed including quiz scores, friends connections, AI chat history, purchased courses, and coin balance.
Coins Forfeited
When you delete your account, your entire coin balance is permanently forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Account Termination by Quiz Guru
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that Quiz Guru will be available 24/7 without interruptions or errors.
Educational Content
Quiz Guru provides educational content for learning purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results.
AI Accuracy
AI chat and AI summaries are provided as study aids. AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information.
Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Quiz Guru after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Notification
We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
